When will I receive my order?
Orders will be posted by 3pm daily with Australia Post Mon- Friday (any orders received after 3pm Friday - midnight Sunday will be posted the following Monday).
Orders taken on a public holiday will be posted the following business day.
If you have chosen $5 Flat rate Standard Delivery within Australia, your estimated delivery date is 5-10 business days. Please be aware that the delivery time frame may vary according to the area of delivery and due to current climate, the delivery may take longer than the original estimated timeframe.
If you have chosen Express Post your parcel with be tracked and you will get confirmation on expected delivery date. Australia Post estimates arrival within 2–5 business days, depending on your chosen delivery location. THIS IS THE FASTEST WAY TO GET YOUR SPOTTO BOOKS.
All our delivery estimates are based on business days and assume that shipping and delivery don't occur on holidays and weekends.
If you have not received your delivery following the estimated timeframe, please contact info@spottobooks.com.au We will then contact you with the appropriate action and to confirm that the details for delivery logged with us are correct.
What pen do I use in a Spotto Book?
You can use ANY pen or pencil in a Spotto Book, most people use a biro pen or HB pencil when using the books in a car, instead of a a texta or sharpie, as there is a smaller chance of marking the seats/interior (if the kids forget to put the lids on, which does happen on long trips)
Can I buy Spotto Books while travelling?
Yes! If you are travelling Australia and would like some Spotto Books, please contact info@spottobooks.com.au and we can send your order to any Post Office for you to collect.
Problems with my delivery?
If your order is returned to us by Australia Post due to incorrect or insufficient delivery details, you will be charged the cost of reshipping the order. Please note that if the delivery address is incorrect and the order has been shipped then we may not be able to change the delivery address until the order has been returned. Please contact info@spottobooks.com.au as soon as possible if you feel the delivery address information you provided is incorrect or incomplete.
International orders?

Product Returns?
Items that are faulty, or do not match their description will be refunded or exchanged where proof of purchase is provided. Please contact info@spottobooks.com.au with required information within 30 days of product purchase.
Cancel Order?
If a customer wants to cancel an order, please contact info@spottobooks.com.au immediately. If has not been taken by Australia Post, the order can be cancelled and fully refunded.
If it has already been delivered to Australia Post, the customer may wait for the order to arrive, return the books undamaged to PO Box 937 Toronto NSW 2283. The customer will be refunded the cost of books (but not the delivery charges).
